Guided Practices for Each of the Nine Sacred Frequencies

Overview

This appendix contains guided meditation scripts for each of the nine Solfeggio frequencies. Each script is designed to be read aloud (by yourself or a guide) while listening to the corresponding frequency tone.

Evidence Note: The Solfeggio frequency system is classified as with the exception of 528 Hz, which has research support. While scientific validation for specific healing claims is limited, practitioners worldwide report meaningful subjective experiences with these frequencies. Approach them as tools for focused intention and meditative exploration rather than guaranteed medical interventions.

Soundtrack Recommendation: For pure frequency tones, search for “Solfeggio frequency [Hz number]” on YouTube, Spotify, or meditation apps. Many versions include ambient music—choose pure tones for these meditations, or gentle ambient backgrounds if pure tones feel too stark.


How to Use These Meditations

Setup Instructions

Environment:

  • Find a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted
  • Dim the lights or use candlelight
  • Temperature should be comfortable (slightly cool is often best)
  • Have water nearby for after the practice

Audio Equipment:

  • Quality headphones are recommended (over-ear preferred)
  • If using speakers, position them evenly on either side
  • Volume should be clearly audible but not loud—you should be able to hear your own voice over the tones
  • Test the audio before beginning

Body Position:

  • Lying down (savasana) or seated comfortably
  • If lying down: arms at sides, palms up, legs uncrossed
  • If seated: spine supported, feet flat on floor, hands on thighs
  • Eyes closed throughout

Timing:

  • Each script takes 5-10 minutes when read at meditation pace
  • Pause at ellipses (…) for 2-3 breaths
  • Pause at [PAUSE] markers for 5-10 breaths or 30 seconds
  • Allow 2-3 minutes of silence with the frequency after the script ends

Take three deep breaths…

With each exhale, feel yourself becoming heavier… more grounded… more present in your physical form…

Guilt for things that weren’t our fault… Fear of things that may never happen… Shame that was placed on us before we could consent…

This frequency invites release. Not forcing, not fighting—simply letting go of what’s ready to go…

Where do you hold fear? For many, it’s the belly—that tight knot when something feels threatening… For others, it’s the chest—that constriction that makes it hard to breathe… Or the shoulders—carrying weight that doesn’t belong there…

Notice where your body holds fear… without judgment, without trying to change it… just notice…
